Import guests
Drop in a CSV, a spreadsheet export, a typed list of names, or a photo. I’ll read it and sort it into your columns.
I’ll guess each guest’s name, which list they belong to, and whether they’re a single or couple — you can fix anything before adding. Nothing is added until you confirm.
Away from your computer? Email a file — a CSV or a clear photo of your list — to {{ intakeEmail }} and it imports automatically as a batch (named by sender and time). You get a reply confirming how many were added.

Duplicate detection
A guest is flagged with a "Duplicate" label when it matches every condition group below. In each group choose Match all (every checked field must match) or Match any (just one). Stack groups to build rules like: (Last name AND Address) and also (First name OR City). Independent from the Pending rules.
